NashvilleHype!

Those who know me well would laugh at the fact that my comfort zone would lie somewhere between a yee-haw and a curtsy. I can adapt to most anything and get me started on the right topic and you better go ahead and plant yourself for a while as I am in for a long conversation.

I am married to Andrew, have a daughter McKinzy 15, and a son Chayse 10. I spent the last several years involved in the medical field and made a choice to home school my son, wow! A tremendous decision we made with that. I spend a lot of time engulfed in music and thought. Most of the music that runs through the ears of this head is more along the lines of Christian Worship and Country.  Although I like all genres, those are my favorite.

Now, what brings me to NashvilleHype!?  Of course it is Paul King.  I met him through a mutual friend - Glenn Sweitzer of Fresh Design + Film.  From there we became friends.  I suppose Paul saw a flicker inside of my soul and spirit that had all but dwindled.  There is something about a song that can take you to a different realm in 3 to 5 minutes and make you forget about everything else around you. We all have this capability, it is just allowing yourself to feel the music, not just hear it. I love to write and I am in hopes that you all will embrace what I have to offer not only you through my opinions, but through my heart and passion as a person who is “just like you”. I am a girl who you can sit on the couch with and talk to, open up to and not feel like you have to impress. I am just me and I love it!
